12/16/2023 0 Comments Lisa the painful rpg free download![]() I started playing, an enormous fan of LISA the Painful, with an enormous smile to match that sentiment. It caught me by surprise and ended up being pretty funny. Putting on a mask - or not - actually had an effect on something. It's the only place you can get this brand of unique. No one makes games like this save for Dingaling. STORY! What can I say? This is the BEST, most REAL, most IMPORTANT aspect that this series of games has ever had to offer and Dingaling tells it with every moment, every battle, every song, every scene, every sound and every character. But that's completely in keeping with and totally in service to the darkness that is everywhere in this DLC. There's more of it here, only it's less hectic and more melancholy in spirit. The Pixel Art is out of this world good. Those moments of hilarity, tension, disgust, sadness, relief and joy - all return intact in that same deft and elegant way that they did in the Painful. In some ways I did and did not see coming. And we finally get to see where it ends up. Now, with that bit out of the way we can finally talk about the stuff I prefer - why this DLC is still essential and why it ends up being saved entirely, even despite itself: And some of the time there is even nothing said at all, which is just a shame because Dingaling has such a talent for hilarious and quirky dialogues. And unfortunately only a handful of these encounters end in an interesting conversation. Every area follows virtually the exact same pattern of Enemy, Enemy, Boss. ![]() No random creatures to Level-Up on or to harvest Mags from. Up until that point I had actually managed to avoid using Joy for 90% of the game's running time, but I literally would have had a broken save with 4 hours invested had I not caved so that I could finish the game. It came to a point where I honestly could not progress without using Joy to heal myself. Complete lack of healing items and Mags which, at least to me, made the game extremely frustrating and difficult at times. These moves are practically interchangable and have nearly an identical cadence to them that does nothing to set them apart from each other. Buddy has several timed moves during encounters that require a button press to be performed properly. So what's the problem? I was only able to do this twice during my entire playthrough. These moments are downright cool and make you feel like a badass. The assassination moves that Buddy can perform by attaining the higher ground over her enemies. Flashing enemies is interesting and is a cute concept from a story perspective, but there are a large number of enemies - also for story reasons - that are not affected at all by this action and I found it rather useless most of the time. Three of the five primary new features (Flashing, Assassinations, Active Combat, Masks, Sprinting) while awesome in concept, simply don't add up to much at all: Get used to spamming the same attack and using a maximum of 2 (mostly one) character(s). Now, with that said, it should be noted that this DLC is *technically nowhere near as good as the Painful was and here are some of the reasons why: Without even going further into it I can fully and do highly recommend this DLC simply becuase it is the EXHALE to the INHALE that was the first part of this story. It ties off all of the loose ends and answers all of the questions we had after having finished the first game - and that is just fantastic news! Passing this up just wouldn't make any sense in any universe if you liked the Painful even a little bit. Well I have beaten it, and here's the deal:įirst of all, the Joyful is simply REQUIRED playing for fans of the series. You gotta love how people attempt to review a thing before having played it at all or having beat said thing. *****Buddy's got a list and she's working her way up to the top.*****
